Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales of Wealth Products with leading Public Sector Banks / Private Sector Banks / Foreign Banks / Broking / Securities Firms / Asset Management Companies / Wealth Management Companies in India.

Chartered Accountant

• New Registration : Register yourself by providing a valid personal email ID and active contact number to generate login credentials.
• Fill Online Application : Complete the application form accurately with personal details, educational qualifications, and work experience.
• Upload Documents : Upload your scanned resume, 10th marksheet/birth certificate, educational certificates, category/PwBD certificates (if applicable), and experience letters in PDF format (under 500 KB).
• Upload Photo & Signature : Upload your passport-size color photograph (20 KB – 50 KB) and signature in black ink (10 KB – 20 KB) as per the pixel specifications.
• Capture Live Photo : Complete the live photograph capture requirement via webcam or by scanning the provided QR code using your mobile phone.
• Upload Thumb & Declaration : Upload your left thumb impression (240x240 pixels) and the handwritten declaration in English using black ink on white paper.
• Pay Application Fee : Pay the non-refundable fee online via Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, or UPI (Rs. 850 for General/EWS/OBC; Rs. 175 for SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/Women).
• Submit and Print : Submit the final application form and immediately download, print, and save the system-generated e-receipt and application copy for future reference.

Selection Process

• Application Scrutiny : Initial screening of online applications to verify basic eligibility, age limits, educational qualifications, mandatory certifications (such as IC 38 or NISM for Wealth Executives and CA for Credit Analysts), and relevant post-qualification work experience.

• Online Test : A computer-based examination (if conducted) consisting of 120 multiple-choice questions carrying 120 marks with a 120-minute duration, structured across four sections: English Language (20 Qs), Reasoning Ability & Quantitative Aptitude (20 Qs), General / Economic & Banking Awareness (20 Qs), and Professional Knowledge related to the position (60 Qs). There is a penalty of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.

• Psychometric Test : An assessment designed to evaluate the candidate's personality traits, communication levels, problem-solving abilities, efficiency, and suitability for the role.

• Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI) : Shortlisted candidates are called for a Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview rounds (or multiple rounds of interviews). The minimum qualifying marks for the interview are 60% for General and EWS categories, and 55% for reserved categories.

• Document Verification : Final verification of original credentials, category certificates, identity proofs, and experience letters prior to provisional appointment and the 12-month probation period.
