Selection Process

  • Application Scrutiny : Initial screening of online applications to verify basic eligibility, age limits, educational qualifications, mandatory certifications (such as IC 38 or NISM for Wealth Executives and CA for Credit Analysts), and relevant post-qualification work experience.

  • Online Test : A computer-based examination (if conducted) consisting of 120 multiple-choice questions carrying 120 marks with a 120-minute duration, structured across four sections: English Language (20 Qs), Reasoning Ability & Quantitative Aptitude (20 Qs), General / Economic & Banking Awareness (20 Qs), and Professional Knowledge related to the position (60 Qs). There is a penalty of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.

  • Psychometric Test : An assessment designed to evaluate the candidate's personality traits, communication levels, problem-solving abilities, efficiency, and suitability for the role.

  • Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI) : Shortlisted candidates are called for a Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview rounds (or multiple rounds of interviews). The minimum qualifying marks for the interview are 60% for General and EWS categories, and 55% for reserved categories.

  • Document Verification : Final verification of original credentials, category certificates, identity proofs, and experience letters prior to provisional appointment and the 12-month probation period.
