Online Registration : Register and submit online applications between 24 September, 2026 and 23 October, 2026. Application Form Submission : Fill in all required personal, educational, and experience details accurately in the prescribed format. Document Upload : Scan and upload clear, legible copies of all mandatory certificates, mark sheets, and documents (such as Matriculation certificate, B.F.Sc. degree, caste/category/residential certificates, and experience certificates where applicable) before 23 October, 2026. Fee Payment : Pay the non-refundable application fee of ₹100 online using a debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI, and securely save the transaction receipt. Final Review and Print : Review all entered details carefully before final submission, download the completed application form, and print out the hard copy along with the fee receipt to keep safely for document verification.
Selection Process
Written Competition Examination (Computer Based Test) : Maximum 75 marks. The exam consists of 100 objective-type multiple-choice questions based on the prescribed syllabus for the post. The duration of the exam is 2 hours. Marking Scheme : Each correct answer carries 1 mark, and 0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer (negative marking). Normalization & Qualifying Marks : If the exam is conducted in multiple shifts, normalization will apply. Candidates must secure a minimum qualifying mark of 30% in the written test. Calculation : The score obtained in the written exam is converted into a percentage and multiplied by a factor of 0.75 (e.g., obtaining 60% gives $60 x 0.75 = 45$ marks). Contractual Work Experience Weightage : Maximum 25 marks. Awarded for satisfactory service on the same post under the Bihar government or non-private institutions located within Bihar (Central government, panchayats, urban bodies, etc.). Calculated at the rate of up to 2.5 marks per year (proportional marks for fractions of a year). Final Merit List : Prepared out of a total of 100 marks by combining the adjusted score from the Computer Based Test (out of 75) and the work experience marks (out of 25). Candidates who qualify the written exam are called for document verification based on this merit list.
