Selection Process |
Online Application Verification : Eligible candidates are provisionally called for the Computer Based Test (CBT) based on the details furnished in their application forms. Computer Based Test (CBT) : An objective-type CBT is conducted for all posts, with no negative marking for wrong answers and bilingual papers (Hindi and English, except for language tests). Shortlisting for Next Stages : Candidates are shortlisted for subsequent stages based on their performance in the CBT, and roll numbers are published on the AAI website. Application Verification & Document Check : Shortlisted candidates must produce their original certificates, proof of identity, self-attested photocopies, and a "No Objection Certificate" (if working in government/PSUs). Physical Tests & Driving Test (Manager - Fire Services Only) : For Post Code 7 (Manager - Fire Services), application verification is followed by a Physical Measurement Test, Driving Test, and Physical Endurance Test (including running, casualty carrying, pole climbing, rope climbing, and full ladder climbing & descending). Interviews (Manager Posts Only) : Post Codes 1 through 11 (all Manager posts) include an Interview as part of the selection process. (Note: Manager - Fire Services candidates must qualify the physical and driving tests first to attend the interview). Final Merit & Provisional Selection : Final selection is made based on the merit list prepared from CBT and Interview performance (where applicable), combined with meeting all eligibility criteria and qualifying any required physical, driving, or endurance tests.
