• Use Compatible Device : Use only a desktop or laptop to complete the online application, as smartphones and tablets are not supported.

• Select District : Choose only one district for your application, keeping in mind that applying for more than one district will result in summary rejection.

• Fill Application Form : Accurately provide all required personal and educational details in the online application module.

• Verify Details : Carefully review all entered information before final submission, as applications cannot be edited once submitted.

• Submit Online : Complete the final submission of the online application on or before the last date of September 29, 2026.

Selection Process

• Written Examination (25 Marks) : A 60-minute objective test consisting of 25 multiple-choice questions covering operating systems, networking, document handling, video conferencing, hardware troubleshooting, and internet basics (minimum qualifying mark is 10).

• Skill Test (25 Marks) : A practical test assessing computer skills including document scanning/OCR conversion, LibreOffice handling, IP configurations, hardware troubleshooting, and driver installations (minimum qualifying mark is 10).

• Shortlisting for Viva Voce : Candidates are shortlisted based on merit from the written-cum-skill test in a 1:3 ratio among qualified candidates.

• Viva Voce (50 Marks) : An interview assessing suitability, mental alertness, skills, attitude, ethics, and computer/network experience (minimum qualifying mark is 20).

• Final Selection List : Prepared based on total marks secured in the written-cum-skill test and viva voce, with age seniority used as a tie-breaker for equal marks, followed by original document verification.
