How to Apply?

• Prepare Active Credentials : Ensure you have an active email ID and mobile number ready for OTP validation and communication.

• Access the Official Website : Navigate to the careers page on the official CPCL website at www.cpcl.co.in.

• New User Sign Up : Read the instructions, accept the declaration checkbox, click continue, select the desired post, and fill in basic personal details along with OTP verification to generate a User ID and password.

• Complete Personal Details : Log in using your credentials, review the instruction page, and enter parent details, marital status, photo ID proof number, permanent address, and communication address before clicking save and continue.

• Fill Academic Details : Input your educational qualification specifics and the relevant qualification category, then proceed by clicking save and continue.

• Provide Work Experience : Enter your professional work experience details (mandatory for post codes CPCL01, CPCL02, CPCL03, and CPCL04) and click save and continue.

• Upload Photograph : Upload a scanned passport-size photograph in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format sized between 20 KB and 60 KB.

• Upload Signature : Upload a scanned signature image in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format sized between 10 KB and 30 KB.

• Upload Documents : Upload required scanned certificates and documents in PDF format sized between 60 KB and 2 MB.

• Review Application : Check all entered details thoroughly using the single-page preview screen, making any necessary edits through the section links.

• Submit Application : Click proceed to payment, accept the declaration checkbox in the pop-up box, and click submit to finalize your application details.

• Pay Application Fee : Complete the non-refundable fee payment of ₹500 (General, EWS, and OBC candidates only; SC, ST, PwBD, ExSM, and women candidates are exempted) via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI.

• Download Receipt and Form : Save and download the final submitted application form and payment receipt from your candidate dashboard for future reference.

Selection Process

• Computer Based Test (CBT) : Conducted for 120 marks with General Aptitude and Discipline Knowledge sections, lasting 2 hours with a 1/4 mark negative penalty for incorrect answers.

• Document Verification : Carried out after the CBT for candidates shortlisted based on their performance and meeting eligibility criteria.

• Skill, Proficiency and/or Physical Test (SPPT) : A qualifying test conducted for candidates shortlisted in a 1:3 ratio based on CBT marks and document verification.

• Final Merit List & Medical Examination : Prepared category-wise from candidates who qualify the SPPT, followed by final selection subject to medical fitness.
