• Risk Officer in Grade / Scale-I : Graduation & MBA (Finance) / PGDBM/M.Sc. (Statistics/Mathematics) or PRM certification, as prescribed.

• HR Officer in Grade / Scale-I : Graduation & full-time MBA (HR) / MSW/PG qualification in Personnel Management.

• IT Officer Scale-I : B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or MCA with 60% marks.

• Data Scientist/Data Analyst : B.E. / B.Tech/M.Sc. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or Analytics with 60% marks.

• Civil Engineer/Architect : Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture with prescribed marks.

• Credit Manager : Graduation with 60% & MBA (Finance / Banking) / PGDBM / PGDBA / CA/ ICWA/ CFA, 3 years as Credit Officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.

• Manager (Law) : LLB with 60% marks and 3 years of active practice or relevant Law Officer experience.

• Manager (Risk) : Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in MBA (Finance) / Master Degree in (Mathematics / Statistics / Econometrics) with 3 years in Bank Risk Management.

• Manager (Company Secretary) : Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), 3 years experience.

• Manager (Security Officer) : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 05 years’ Experience as an Officer in Indian Army / Navy / Air force not below the rank of Captain (In Army and subsequent in other forces in India) OR Minimum 05 years’ Experience as an Officer in Paramilitary not below the rank of Deputy Commandant.

• Senior Manager (Credit Senior Manager) : Graduation with 60% & MBA (Finance/Banking) / PGDBM / PGDBA / CA / ICWA / CFA with 5 years in credit appraisal and monitoring in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.

How to Apply?

• Visit Website : Go to the career section of the Bank's website at www.nainitalbank.bank.in, click on "Current Openings" under the Recruitment tab, and select "APPLY ONLINE".

• New Registration : Choose the tab "Click here for New Registration" and enter your name, contact details, and email ID to generate a provisional registration number and password.

• Fill Application Form : Carefully fill in your personal and professional details, using "SAVE AND NEXT" to save progress, and verify everything before final submission since no changes are allowed afterward.

• Upload Documents : Scan and upload your recent passport-size photograph, signature (in black ink, not CAPITAL letters), left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration as per the specified dimensions and file sizes.

• Preview and Complete : Click on the Preview Tab to verify the entire application form, then click 'COMPLETE REGISTRATION' only after ensuring all details and uploaded images are accurate.

• Pay Application Fee : Proceed to the 'Payment' tab, complete the online payment of Rs. 1500.00 (inclusive of GST) using available digital modes, and take a printout of the e-receipt and final application form.

Selection Process

• Online Written Examination : Eligible candidates must first appear for an objective-type online written test covering Reasoning, English Language, General Awareness, Professional Knowledge, and Quantitative Aptitude.

• Personal Interview : Candidates who successfully clear and meet the cut-off scores in the online written test are subsequently called for a personal interview conducted by the Bank.

• Medical Fitness & Final Selection : Final appointment letters are issued based on combined performance in the online written test and interview, subject to the candidate being medically fit for assignment and executing the required indemnity bond.
