Qualification

1.Should be a graduate with second division or above from a recognized University with Punjabi up to the matric level.

2. At least one hundred and twenty hours Course with hands on experience in the use of Personal Computer or Information Technology Office Productivity Applications or Desktop Publishing Applications from a Govt. recognized institution or a reputed institution, which is ISO 9001 certified.

OR

Certification in usage of Computers equivalent to "O" Level Certificate of Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) of Govt. of India.

3. Qualifies a test in Punjabi and English typing to be held by the recruiting authority at the speed of thirty words per minute or at such speed as may be specified by the Punjab Government from time to time and other conditions applicable as per the Punjab Civil Service (General and Common Conditions of Service) Rules, 1994, as amended from time to time.

Selection Process : Punjabi Language qualifying Test with minimum 50% marks, Written Test and Typing Test in Punjabi and English 

Passing the 10+2 (12th grade) examination with science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Environmental science/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Bio-Chem Laboratory and related subject) is a common requirement with Punjabi up to the matric level.

Selection Process : Punjabi Language qualifying Test with minimum 50% marks, Written Test and Skill test 

First Class Diploma/BCA/B.Sc in Information Technology(IT)/Electronics & Communication

(EC)/ Computer Science (CS)/Computer Science & Engineering (CSE).

 And

Must have passed Punjabi language examination upto Matric or its equivalent level OR must pass within one year as per rule.

Selection Process : Punjabi Language qualifying Test with minimum 50% marks, Written Test and Skill test 

Passed Matric with Punjabi from recognized board and have at least Two (2) years experience of working any in Govt. Department/Autonomous Body and reputed organization including Higher educational institutions.

Desirable : Candidate having watch & ward training from recognized organization

Job responsibilities : To perform various work activities as per nature of the job (Mali & Security)

How to Apply?

• Download Form : Access and download the prescribed application form from the official PRSC website at https://prsc.punjab.gov.in.

• Pay Fee : Pay the non-refundable application fee either online (Account No. 32430207442, State Bank of India, PAU Ludhiana, IFSC Code: SBIN0001482) or via a Demand Draft in favor of Director, Punjab Remote Sensing Centre payable at Ludhiana.

• Attach Proof : Note down the fee transaction details (Receipt/UTR/Acknowledgment Number) on the application form and attach the fee payment proof along with it.

• Compile Documents : Gather all required certificates, testimonials, and supporting documents confirming your qualifications and experience. If already employed, secure a "No Objection Certificate" or apply through the proper channel.

• Submit Application : Send or hand-deliver the completed application form along with your documents and fee proof to the office of the Director, Punjab Remote Sensing Centre (PRSC), PAU Campus, Ludhiana-141004 by post or by hand on or before 05 October, 2026 Till 5:00 PM.

Selection Process

• Clerk Selection Process : Candidates must pass a Punjabi Language qualifying Test with a minimum of 50% marks, followed by a Written Test and a Typing Test in both Punjabi and English.

• Lab. Attendant (Soil and Water Analysis) Selection Process : Candidates must clear a Punjabi Language qualifying Test with a minimum of 50% marks, followed by a Written Test and a Skill test.

• Lab. Executive (IT & Electronics Network) Selection Process : Candidates are required to clear a Punjabi Language qualifying Test with a minimum of 50% marks, followed by a Written Test and a Skill test.

• Chowkidar Cum Mali Selection Process : Candidates must pass a Punjabi Language qualifying Test with a minimum of 50% marks, a Written Test, and a Physical test (which includes a race, long jump, and high jump).

• Sweeper Selection Process : Candidates must pass a Punjabi Language qualifying Test with a minimum of 50% marks, followed by a Written Test and a Skill test.
