  • Complete Online Registration : Select the online registration option and carefully fill in mandatory details including advertisement number, date, applicant name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID.

  • Log In to Application Form : Use the user ID and password received on your email and mobile number to access the application portal via 'Applicant login'.

  • Fill Section-Wise Details : Click on 'Go to Application Form' and systematically complete the personal information, qualifications, and experience sections, clicking 'Save and Next' to proceed.

  • Upload Mandatory Documents : Upload legible scanned copies of your original certificates, educational mark sheets from Matric onwards, category certificates, and experience proofs. 

  • Review and Submit : Check all entered particulars carefully for correctness, as no modifications are allowed after final submission, then click the submit button.

  • Pay Application Fee : Proceed to the online payment gateway to pay the applicable fee (Rs. 1500 for General/OBC/EWS, Rs. 800 for SC/ST, and exempt for PwBD) using a Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.

  • Print Application Form : Take a final printout of the successfully submitted online application form and fee receipt for your records and future document verification.

Selection Process

  • Computer Based Test (CBT) : Appear for the objective-type online computer-based test held in English only, consisting of 85 MCQs (85 marks) for Group 'A' posts and 100 MCQs (100 marks) for Group 'B' & 'C' posts, with a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

  • Minimum Qualifying Marks : Achieve at least 40% marks for General/EWS categories and 35% marks for SC/ST/OBC categories in the CBT and interview (where applicable) separately.

  • Shortlisting of Candidates : Qualify the CBT to be shortlisted category-wise at a ratio of 3 times the number of advertised posts (plus ties) for posts without a skill test, or 5 times the number of advertised posts (plus ties) for posts requiring a skill test.

  • Scrutiny of Applications : Await the online publication of the scrutiny results where the Institute checks your filled entries and uploaded documents against the required recruitment rules.

  • Interview (Group 'A' Only) : Attend the mandatory interview worth 15 marks specifically applicable to Group 'A' posts, as interviews for Group 'B' and 'C' posts have been dispensed with by the Government of India.

  • Provisional Result & Document Verification : Check the Institute's website for the provisional selection/waitlist results and report personally for document verification with original certificates (including printout of online application, academic/experience proofs, and NOC if employed).  

  • Final Selection : Secure final selection based strictly on merit derived from CBT marks for Group 'B' & 'C' posts, or a combined merit of CBT and Interview for Group 'A' posts, followed by a medical examination.
