Educational Qualification, Job Profile, Skill Set & Experience

Manager - AI/ML Engineer (MMGS-II)

• Educational Qualification :

  • Mandatory : Full-time B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech/M.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI & ML, or Data Science with a minimum of 50% marks, OR MCA with a minimum of 50% marks.

  • Preferred : Certifications in AI, Gen AI, NLP, or ML.

• Experience : Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in development and implementation of AI, Gen AI, NLP, or content analysis-based projects.

• Job Profile :

  • Perform enhanced/advanced data analysis and predictive modelling.

  • Design, develop, validate, deploy, and monitor AI/ML models for banking applications.

  • Collaborate with business and technology teams, define AI strategy/technical architecture, ensure AI governance, and drive innovation.  

• Skill Set : Proficiency in R and Python; experience with Neural Networks, NLP, and Big Data technologies (Kafka, Spark).

2. Manager - Cyber Security (MMGS-II)

• Educational Qualification :

  • Mandatory : Full-time B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech/M.Sc in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Electronics & Communications Engineering (or equivalent) with a minimum of 50% marks, OR MCA with a minimum of 50% marks.

  • Preferred : Advanced degree in Cyber Security or Information Technology.

• Other Certifications (Mandatory - hold one or more) :

  • OSCP, OSCE³, OSWE, or OSEP from OffSec

  • GIAC GPEN or GXPN

  • CAISP - Certified AI Security Professional from Practical DevSecOps

  • Offensive AI - Attack & Defend AI Systems, or GenAI and LLM Security from SANS

• Experience : Minimum 3 years of post-qualification hands-on experience in offensive cyber security (e.g., Red Team operations, AI Red Team security assessments, penetration testing of networks/cloud/APIs/LLMs, and advanced vulnerability assessment).

• Job Profile :

  • Conduct full-scope Red Team exercises and adversarial simulations.

  • Perform offensive vulnerability management, threat hunting from an attacker's perspective, and purple-team engagements.

  • AI Red Teaming and utilizing AI tools for vulnerability discovery and remediation.

• Skill Set : Deep understanding of TTPs, penetration testing frameworks (Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, Burp Suite), exploit development, reverse engineering, adversarial AI/sandbox bypass, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).

• Step 4 : Application Portal - Initiate apply : Click on the "Click Here To Apply Online" link provided for the Specialist Officer positions.

• Step 5 : New Registration - Register details : Click on "CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION" and enter basic information to generate a provisional registration number and password.

• Step 6 : Credential Login - Sign in : Click on Login and enter the generated login credentials to access the application form.

• Step 7 : Form Completion - Fill details : Complete the application process by selecting the desired position (Manager-AI/ML Engineer or Manager-Cyber Security) and filling out required fields carefully.

• Step 8 : Document Upload - Upload files : Scan and upload your photograph, signature, and mandatory documents (such as proof of birth, identity, educational certificates, and experience certificates) as per the specified formats and size limits.

• Step 9 : Fee Payment - Pay online : Complete the payment of application fees/intimation charges (Rs. 175/- for SC/ST/PwBD and Rs. 850/- for all others) using the online payment gateway via Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, or UPI.

• Step 10 : Final Submission - Print application : Verify all filled details using the "SAVE AND NEXT" feature before clicking the final submit button, then take a printout of the system-generated application form for future reference.

Selection Process

• Step 1 : Online Registration and Fee Payment - Candidates must register online through the UCO Bank website and pay the required application fees/intimation charges between 29 August, 2026 and 18 September, 2026.

• Step 2 : Eligibility Screening - A screening committee constituted by the Bank examines applications to verify whether candidates fulfill the required eligibility criteria and parameters.

• Step 3 : Selection Rounds - The selection is conducted through an Online Written Examination and/or Screening and/or Group Discussion and/or Interview or any other selection process decided by the Bank.

• Step 4 : Document Verification and Merit Listing - A provisional merit list is prepared based on scores, followed by thorough verification of original documents, educational qualifications, and certificates during the interview or subsequent stages.
