Registration : First, register on the Apprentice Application Link (http://jobs.hpcl.co.in/Recruit_New/recruitlogin.jsp) using the "Sign up for New Registration" option. Login : Sign in to the HPCL Apprentices Application Link using the credentials received via your registered email ID. Application Form : Carefully read the instructions, select your engineering branch from the dropdown, and fill in your personal details. Validation : Click on "Validate your details" after filling in your personal information to check for errors, then click "Save & Next". Contact Details : Enter your correspondence and permanent address, contact number, and select your preferred state of training from the dropdown. Qualification Details : Move to the next section to fill in your qualification details, then click "Validate your details" and "Save & Next". Document Upload : Upload your recent passport-sized photograph and your signature as required. Preview & Submit : Carefully preview your application to make any necessary corrections, read the declaration, check the declaration boxes, and click "Final Submit". Confirmation : After submission, you will receive a confirmation email on your registered email ID containing your HPCL Application Number.
Selection Process
Online Registration : Candidates must first register and be approved on the NATS 2.0 portal. Application Submission : Candidates must apply online through the official HPCL portal. Merit List Preparation : A merit list will be prepared based on candidates who have reported for document verification and are found suitable according to the eligibility criteria. Document Verification : Shortlisted candidates will undergo a document verification process. Final Engagement : Successful candidates will be engaged upon accepting a tri-partite apprenticeship contract on the NATS website, submitting a medical certificate, and completing police verification.
