How to Apply?

  • Step 1 : Go to the official IBPS website at www.ibps.in and click on the CRP CSA link on the home page.

  • Step 2 : Click on "CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP- Customer Service Associates (CRP-CSA-XVI)" to open the online application form.

  • Step 3 : Select "CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION" and enter your basic information to generate a provisional registration number and password.

  • Step 4 : Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration, and required certificates following the official specifications.

  • Step 5 : Capture and upload a live photograph using a webcam or mobile phone during the registration process.

  • Step 6 : Review all entered details carefully using the "SAVE AND NEXT" feature, as no data changes can be made after final submission.

  • Step 7 : Pay the required application fees/intimation charges online using a Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets, or UPI.

  • Step 8 : Download and print the generated e-receipt and the final online application form for your records.

Selection Process

  • Online Preliminary Examination : Candidates must first clear the objective test covering English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability.

  • Online Main Examination : Shortlisted candidates from the preliminary round must appear for the main objective test covering General/Financial Awareness, General English, Reasoning Ability, and Quantitative Aptitude.

  • Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT) : Candidates who qualify the Online Main Examination and Provisional Allotment must pass a marks-based, qualifying test in the specified local language of the chosen State/UT (unless exempted by 10th standard or higher mark sheets/certificates).

  • Provisional Allotment : Based on merit-cum-preference, vacancies, and reservation guidelines, candidates who clear the main exam and language test are provisionally allotted to one of the participating banks.

  • Document Verification & Joining : Provisionally allotted candidates must produce original eligibility documents (such as educational certificates, caste/category proofs, and ID verification) at the allotted bank to complete final recruitment.
