Essential Qualification & Experience
Educational : Degree in Law from a recognized Indian University (Plus +3 marks for this). Shorthand : Proficiency in English Shorthand at 120 words per minute (wpm). Typing : Knowledge of computer operation with a typing speed of 40 wpm. Experience : Minimum 5 years' regular service as a Private Secretary, Senior PA, PA, or Senior Stenographer in Government/PSU/Statutory Bodies.

Shorthand Test (English) : Dictation : 7 minutes @ 120 w.p.m.. Transcription : 45 minutes. Max Marks : 100; Qualifying : 50. Objective Type Written Test : 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Max Marks : 100; Qualifying : 50 (General), 45 (Reserved). Typing Speed Test on Computer : Speed : Minimum 40 w.p.m. for 10 mins. Errors Allowed : 2% (Gen), 3% (Reserved). Max Marks : 20; Qualifying : 10 (Gen), 5 (Reserved). Interview : Max Marks : 30; Qualifying : 15 (Gen), 13 (Reserved).
