A 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Horticulture (recognized by UGC), plus a Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject of Agriculture / Horticulture (recognized by UGC), along with a B.Ed. from an NCTE-recognized institution.

Candidates must also have working knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script and an understanding of Rajasthani culture.
