1. Enzo Fernández — Chelsea to Manchester City | £125m - Manchester City rounded off the window with perhaps the biggest statement signing of all, bringing Enzo Fernández in from Chelsea for £125m. The deal is on the same level as Alexander Isak’s move to Liverpool last summer, which was the British transfer record. 2. Bradley Barcola — PSG to Liverpool | Upto £123m - Liverpool have completed their huge summer spending spree by signing PSG’s French winger Bradley Barcola. The deal is for an initial £107m with add-ons potentially rising to £123m, making Barcola one of the most expensive signings in Liverpool's history. (AP Photo)
3. Morgan Rogers — Aston Villa to Chelsea | £117m - Chelsea have sent a big message by re-signing Morgan Rogers to London for £117m. It makes Rogers the most expensive English player in history, beating previous records and one of the biggest transfers in Premier League history. (AP Photo)
4. Elliot Anderson — Nottingham Forest to Manchester City | £116m - City's midfield was also rebuilt with Elliot Anderson arriving from Nottingham Forest for £116m. City’s summer outspent any other Premier League club. It was another incredible outlay. (AP Photo)
5. Yan Diomande — RB Leipzig to Real Madrid | £107m - Real Madrid have won the race for one of Europe’s most exciting young attackers, signing Yan Diomande from RB Leipzig. The initial cost was about £107m, with add-ons that could push it up to around £115.7m. (AP Photo)
6. Sandro Tonali — Newcastle United to Tottenham | Up to £100m - Tottenham broke their club record in the signing of Italian midfielder Sandro Tonali from Newcastle United. The deal could rise to £100m, showing Spurs’ intent to be at the very top of English game. (AP Photo)
7. Ayyoub Bouaddi — Lille to Manchester City | Around £86m - Another major City raid on the market was the capture of 18-year-old Lille midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi. The deal is understood to be around £86m, one of the biggest transfers ever to involve a teenager. (AP Photo)
Summer also saw a number of big names switching sides. Barcelona’s statement signing of Rodri, Marc Cucurella brushed off his La Masia past to join Real Madrid from Chelsea, Bernardo Silva left Manchester City for Real Madrid, Anthony Gordon and Gabriel Jesus’ journey from EPL to La Liga.
