Actor Madirakshi Mundle’s Instagram account is no longer accessible, shortly after her comments on co-star Rohit Chandel’s arrest began circulating online. The two currently appear together in the television show Sairaab.
Users searching for Madirakshi’s profile are being shown the message, “Sorry, this page isn’t available.” It is not known whether the actor deactivated the account herself, temporarily disabled it, or whether it became unavailable for another reason. Madirakshi has also not issued any clarification about the account so far.

The development has drawn attention because it came after she urged people not to reach conclusions about the allegations against Rohit without hearing both sides.
What Madirakshi Said About Rohit Chandel’s Case
Speaking to Bombay Times, Madirakshi said she had only recently learned about the matter and did not have enough information to comment at length.
“I don’t want to comment any further. I just hope everything is resolved,” she said.
She also asked audiences and the media to avoid forming immediate opinions based on one version of events. “I believe it’s important to hear both sides of the story before forming an opinion. Right now, we’re only seeing one perspective. Since one side has a much bigger public platform, it’s even more important for the media, and all of us, to understand both sides before drawing conclusions,” she added.
Her remarks were not a comment on the merits of the complaint. Instead, she appeared to be calling for restraint while the police investigation remains underway.
Will Rohit’s Arrest Affect Sairaab?
Madirakshi also addressed whether the case would disrupt the shoot of Sairaab. She explained that the programme’s current storyline is centred on her character’s family, suggesting that filming would not be immediately affected by Rohit’s absence.
No official statement has yet been released by the show’s makers regarding changes to the cast, shooting schedule or Rohit’s future participation.
What Rohit Chandel Has Been Accused Of
Rohit Chandel, 29, was arrested by Mumbai Police from his Dahisar residence on Friday, July 10. A 16-year-old girl has accused him of repeatedly calling her, allegedly using multiple numbers, as well as following, confronting, harassing and physically assaulting her.
A case has been registered under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
The allegations are still being investigated, and no finding of guilt has been made. Further updates from the police, the court and the production team are awaited.
